📜 MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

AAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and understand the following terms & conditions before proceeding with the registration:

AAM is an annual membership priced at ₹1,999/- ₹0/- (Free of Cost), valid for one year from the date of registration. Membership can be renewed from September 5 to September 25 every year.

Academy, Guru, Individual artist and Student names must be provided in both English and Tamil, along with Date of Birth and Email ID, as these details are mandatory for generating Artistic IDs.

Every individual member will receive an AJMA Digital Artist ID along with a unique Artist ID Number.

Registered Academy Gurus will receive an AJMA Guru ID (Digital), while students registered under the academy will receive unique Student ID Numbers linked to their Academy ID for future AJMA programmes.

Every member will receive a minimum of one free workshop or webinar during the membership period.

Members will receive access to selected new choreographies and artistic compositions.

Members may be selected for annual awards, honours and artistic recognitions.

By participating in AJMA activities, you consent to the use of your photographs and event documentation for artistic and promotional purposes.

Your personal information will be securely maintained and handled with respect to your privacy for legitimate AJMA purposes.

Membership benefits may be enhanced or modified from time to time, with proper intimation to members.

Any fraud, misrepresentation, misuse of membership or serious misconduct may result in cancellation of the membership.

The membership fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
